So... yesterday I got on my elliptical while watching the biggest loser for 30min. Today I went walking at the park with my good friend TK. We did 3 miles. I'm planning on doing 4 more miles tomorrow. Last day of school is tomorrow and though I lave a little post planning... I'm feeling ready to get my groove back. I'll be in the gym again on Monday with one friend and I've got plans to walk with a few throughout the summer. I don't mind if I work out 2 times a day... that's what they do on the Biggest Loser...
