Everyone needs goals. They give you direction. That is because when you know where you're going, you can plan how to get there. Here are my goals for 2011. Let me know what you think and what goals you have for yourself.
1. Drink eight 8 oz. glasses of water per day. good
2. Perform strength training 3 times a week. in progress
3. Eat more Whole Foods (things that grow or where born). good
4. Join a Boot Camp Class. on hold
5. Lose at least 4 pounds a month until I reach my weight loss goal (159 lbs) in progress
7. Be at goal weight by my Birthday, July 14th. in progress (again)
